How well do you know the Nex-Tech Help Desk?
Here are some things the Help Desk wanted to tell you about that might surprise you.
1. We’re here evenings and WEEKENDS! Often, customers wait until Monday or the next day to call with questions or issues, but the crew is here on weekends from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
2. We have online help tools for the DIY customer at https://kb.nex-tech.com/. There are also links to the site directly from the Nex-Tech home page. If you have suggestions for additions to the knowledge base, we’re always open to new ideas and questions.
3. We don’t just take calls, we are also available via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by chat, which can be started from our website.
4. On average, our help desk handles more than 13,000 calls, emails and chats each month. Over 94% are responded to within 30 seconds.
5. We have a lot of computer nerds who work here…and we’re proud of that!
