Ingredients:
1 can apple pie filling
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar, for glaze
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Empty the pie filling into a batter bowl and roughly chop the apples. Add the sugar, flour, eggs, oil, water, baking soda, cinnamon and vanilla and mix by hand.
Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake for one hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out without batter on it.
Add a few tablespoons of water to the powdered sugar, a little at a time, beating until the glaze reaches the desired consistency. Drizzle over the cake and serve.
