The beginning of the year is always a refreshing time for me.  The cold, brisk, winter air is a fresh feeling as I step outside, no matter what time of day. The new year is a time to start with a blank slate to build from – whether that be ideas, processes, improvements or changes. Now is the time to look at what you are doing, where you want to be and what you want to accomplish in 12 months.

Setting goals is easy. You think of some stuff you want to do, you write those items down and you look at them. Attaining and successfully completing those goals is the hard part. For me, exercising five to six times a week and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is my personal goal for this year – real original, I know!

So, what do your goals for your business look like this year? Are you wanting to create new jobs, expand a successful line, purchase more machinery or equipment, or maybe expand onto your building or build a whole new building?

Did you know that Nex-Tech can help you with these goals? Our company has a loan program specifically created and available for small businesses that have these aforementioned goals in mind. Through our Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) we are able to loan money to businesses to do just that.

We also work very closely with local lending institutions on these projects as well. Perhaps your banker has told you that they can only lend you 80% of the money needed to make your goals a reality – we can fill that gap of 20% and get your project up and running! Our RLF is very similar to a bank loan, and the same information they need we will want too. There is a formal application needed and we have it in an electronic format (PDF) so you can work on it when you have time. Applications are reviewed on a monthly basis and our Nex-Tech Board of Directors approve/deny loans. The interest rate is fixed for the term of the loan. Terms range from five to 10 years and rates are set now for 2019 at 5.5%.
